What if I still owe a mortgage on the property?
If a mortgage is still owed on the property we can still purchase it. Your mortgage lender will be paid off at closing.
What if the property im interested in selling is in a different state then the one i live in?
If you live in a different state then where your property is located we can still purchase it no problem. You dont even have to be there the proper paperwork will be sent to you by our title company and or real estate attorney
